How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 3 days in advance to guarantee your preferred date. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — call or text us.
What happens if I need more totes?
Call or text us. If we have inventory available, we can deliver additional totes, usually the same or next day.
Do I need to clean the totes before pickup?
No — just make sure they're empty. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals.
Can I keep the totes longer than the rental period?
Yes — extended rentals are $15/day. Just let us know before your scheduled pickup date.
What if a tote is damaged during my move?
Accidents happen. The optional damage waiver ($15 at booking) covers accidental damage. Without the waiver, damaged totes are billed at $15 each.
