Choose your delivery date (at least 3 days in advance). We bring your clean totes and a professional moving dolly directly to your door. No trip to a store, no assembly required.

You Pack & Move
Pack your belongings into the totes — no tape, no scissors, no collapsing box bottoms. The lids snap on securely. Stack them in your moving truck or van.

We Pick Up
After your move, we come to you on the agreed pickup date. Just leave the empty totes (and dolly) at your new place. We take care of everything.

Common Questions
How far do you deliver?
We serve all of greater Asheville including Asheville, Weaverville, Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Arden, Fletcher, Hendersonville, Woodfin, Candler, Enka, Biltmore Forest. Not sure if you're in range? Call us.
What happens if I need more totes?
Call or text us. If we have inventory available, we can deliver additional totes, usually the same or next day.
Do you help with packing or moving?
We deliver and pick up the totes — we're not a moving company. We can refer you to trusted local movers if needed.
What if I'm not home at delivery?
We can leave totes in a safe location — just leave instructions in your booking notes or call us.
Is Tom's Tote Rental really a nonprofit?
Tom's is a social enterprise program of Lighthouse House, a registered 501(c)(3) in Asheville. Net proceeds fund workforce development and transitional housing programs.
